He graduated,
and became a pilot onboard the CRV Tiger. Life on board the
Tiger was rough. He hated it. He flew mission after mission in one
of the most deadly craft to fly, the unshielded Tie Fighter.
One day, his
squad was to go on a patrol. They came upon some unarmed transport
ships with refugees from a dying planet on board. The commander
of the patrol ordered them to destroy the transports. Tzadkiel questioned
the order, asking why they should destroy the ships. The commander
told him that the order came directly from the Emperor. That was
when he figured out that the Empire was evil.
He quickly resigned
his commission, and got a job as the captain of a noblemans
yacht. The nobleman was actually an Imperial agent. One night, the
nobleman and Tzadkiel were engaged in a conversation on the bridge.
The nobleman was quite drunk, and began to tell him about a family
the Empire had ordered him to kill. It was Tzadkiels family
that he had killed. The nobleman was soon found floating in space,
and the yacht was nowhere to be found.
After a week,
Tzadkiel stumbled onto a Rebel training ground. The yacht was captured,
and along with it, Tzadkiel. The ship he was taken to was the Joan
dArc, the ship of White Squadron. He told them about what
had happened to him, and he soon enlisted with them. During his
time as captain of the yacht , he had lost most of his piloting
skills. That is when he was approached by Commander Krenzel of White
Squad. She told him about the new training squad, and that she could
help him reacquire his skills. Tzadkiel accepted, until he moved
on to Wolfshead Squadron.
