Lt. Commander Vaiweehanen

Twi'lek, male, age unknown, although he appears to be around 40 standard years old, 1,80 Mts. tall, rather large for a Twi'lek. He's the Navigation Officer. His sense of orientation is uncanny, something shared with all the Twi'leks, who have to undergo a tough initiation test on their home world (Rylok) where they have to survive alone in the middle of a desert for a prolonged period of time. He's astute, handy and very cunning, with a cynical edge which makes all his sentences have more than one meaning. The captain tolerates him because she realized he's the best at his job there is, but it bothers her that he escapes her control. Vaiweehanen is normally very friendly, but doesn't trust everybody outright. Nevertheless, his sense of honor and duty is so great (another characteristic of most of the Twi'leks) that he would gladly give up his life for his few true friends. He still has none of these aboard the ship.
